Fleet management system is aimed at travel companies offering rental services for various types of vehicles. In this system the user can register the enquiries as well as bookings they receive. Once a booking is registered, there is an automatic alert which will remind the user a predefined time before the booking time so that the user can sent the vehicle to the customer on time without delay. The trip sheet of the vehicle can be maintained in the application. On completion of a trip, based on the trip sheet the invoice will be generated automatically. Various statements indicating the dues/receivables, ageing, booking schedule etc can be generated from the system. Along with this a separate module for financial accounting is included.
